• SATCOM interface capability. The UniLink provides superior operations and control of digital communications between the pilot and air traffic controller in the exceedingly complex communication, navigation and surveillance air traffic management environment. The UL-800/801 interfaces with Universal Avionics’ current FMS product line with either 4-inch or 5-inch control display units. For increased versatility, UL-801 includes an internal VHF data radio. DUNCAN AVIATION’s first mobile application is now available for download on iPads, and improves operators’ access to information about the company’s service locations, contact information and department listings. “We support avionics maintenance and installations at any of our shop locations, and we have road teams available for emergency airframe and engine services,” said MATT NELSON, satellite network manager.
The Duncan Aviation app features an interactive map that displays the company’s many locations, which can be filtered by service capabilities. Operators also can add locations to a list of favorites for quick access. The app doesn’t need a data connection after it’s installed, and allows operators to access Duncan Aviation’s locations and contact information in the field. For more information, contact Duncan Aviation at 402-475-2611 or visit www.duncanaviation.aero. q
