Fast Trak Training Courses Announced for 2013 AEA International Convention & Trade Show
Registration has opened for the 56th annual AEA International Convention & Trade Show, the premier event for the general aviation avionics industry and its partners. The event takes place March 25-28, 2013, at the MGM Grand Hotel & Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nev., and it is a unique opportunity to connect with manufacturers, distributors, technicians and business leaders to shape the future of avionics. The AEA’s commitment to training begins with a full day of Fast Trak training courses on Monday, March 25, and kicks off a full week of training with the following courses being offered on just the first day. • Cabin Management Systems – CMS Straight Talk (2 hours). • HF Mysteries in Troubleshooting (2 hours). • Aging Aircraft Wiring (4 hours). • Passenger Entertainment Systems (4 hours). • RVSM Maintenance (4 hours). • Avidyne Avionics Training (6 hours). • Qualifying of Avionics for Certification (4 hours). • Safety Management Systems (4 hours). • Garmin Avionics Training (8 hours). • Export Compliance (4 hours). • How to use your quotes, work orders, invoices and other commercial documents to protect your right to get paid (4 hours). • Rockwell Collins Venue (8 hours). The AEA Technical Training workshops will be announced in the near future. A complete training schedule will be available online and mailed in the upcoming AEA Convention Information Brochure.
