Jet Avionics

JET AVIONICS of Sao Paulo, Brazil, recently played host to its first international
workshop dedicated exclusively to avionics. The company's relationship between
several avionics manufacturers provided a full integration event between the
manufacturers and consumers. In addition, the company celebrated the opening of a
new hangar at Jundiai Executive Airport.
Jet Avionics was founded in 1982 by JOSE B. PEDRONE and his son, MARCOS J.
PEDRONE. The company has been a member of the Aircraft Electronics Association
since 1992.

Wysong Enterprises
WYSONG ENTERPRISES recently celebrated its 25th year in business.
"Over the past 25 years, we have customized over 500 aircraft," said RODNEY
WYSONG, the company's vice president. "Last year alone, we completed 12 new
aircraft, including 10 Bell 407s, one of the remaining new Bell 427s and an EC130. We
also refurbished or performed major modifications on 23 used aircraft. Those aircraft
included work on Bell 206, Bell 407, Bell 429, Bell 412, MD 500 and Airbus AS350
aircraft. We experienced the best year of sales in our company history in 2013, and we
look forward to continual growth in the future."
STEVE WYSONG founded the company in 1989, and Wysong Enterprises quickly
developed a niche as one of the leading electronic news gathering helicopter modifiers
in the industry.
The company has modified approximately 200 ENG aircraft in North America.
Steve Wysong continues to remain active as the company's current CEO. Today,
Wysong Enterprises works on VIP aircraft, law enforcement, EMS and other special
mission helicopters.

GENESYS AEROSYSTEMS

acquired Chelton Flight Systems Inc.
and S-TEC Corp., previously doing
business as Cobham Avionics, from
Cobham in a management buyout.
According to the company, Genesys
Aerosystems was formed by ROGER
SMITH, president, and general manager of the two acquired companies,
RICK PRICE and GORDON PRATT,
co-founders of Chelton Flight Systems,
and TAMMY CRAWFOR, director of
finance, for the purpose of acquiring
the businesses.
Key customers include
AgustaWestland, Airbus Military,
Air Medical Group Holdings, Bell
Helicopter, Carson Helicopters,
Embraer, Grob Aircraft, Sikorsky,
Textron AirLand, and commercial, military, and government fleets around
the world.
"The name is changing, but the
people and our commitment to our
vision are not," Smith said.

Genesys Aerosystems signed an
agreement with Air Medical Group
Holdings and its subsidiaries, Air
Evac, Med Trans, EagleMed and
Reach, for a total of 210 HeliSAS
systems in their fleet of Bell and
Eurocopter EMS helicopters.
According to the company, the
HeliSAS 2-axis autopilot and stability augmentation systems will be
installed during the next three years.
