Boris also believes that when employees work in these conditions, they take care of themselves and their appearance.
"I think if someone has good work conditions, they are more
efficient," he said. "They want to come to work."
As for the future, both Boris and Natasha see growth.
"We would like to grow," Natasha said. "We have international experience and are flexible and open. We don't want to
make mistakes, so we think about each step we take. We are
opening a Cirrus Service Center and just became a Universal
Avionics dealer."
Boris added, "We want to do more work in the Asian market. We want to have an official presence in this market, and
we will continue to build our brand. Thanks to Natasha, she is
showing that APG is known for quality and service."
Boris also is interested in expanding beyond avionics
and maintenance. APG Aviation recently began work for
an Italian company named OMA SUD to assemble the
company's Skycar in Punta Gorda. OMA SUD sends the
airframes from Italy, and APG Aviation installs the avionics

and engines. Three aircraft have already been assembled with
more on the way.
Boris and Natasha truly head an international family - they
communicate with children via Skype - and this international flair extends to their pets. A cat named Ting Dau, which
means first love in Vietnamese, was born in Russia, and is
now a Florida resident. Their dog is named Cospas-Sarsat.
Yes, the dog, a dachshund, is named after a search and rescue
satellite system.
"It is being a true Floridian to be both a pilot and a doglover," Boris said with a laugh.
The dog's nickname is Chief Inspector, and it goes to work
each day with Boris and Natasha.
"The dog is part of the atmosphere of the company,"
Boris said. "We have very serious men, and they need some
moments during the day to relax."
In short, Natasha concluded, "Most people have their
hobby and their job. The job is for money, and the hobby is
when you have fun. But Boris is lucky: He gets shampoo with
conditioner; he has two in one." q
