Bulletin Correction―Please Note:
The Bulletin regrets that there were some misplaced photos in the Faculty Files article in the Spring 2012 Bulletin (pages 15-23). On page 17, Case 1, there were incorrect images in the pre-treatment records. And on page 18, the final photos (right and left) were incorrect (they duplicated the beginning photos on page 17).
