Uninhibited Transformer Oil

Caltran 60-00 Group U is a naphthenic transformer oil
that meets the International Standard IEC 60296, ed. 4,
2012 General Specifications for uninhibited transformer
oil. The oil contains no additives, providing reported
superior protection for electrical equipment. Applications include distribution and power transformers and
switchgear. It offers superior cooling properties along with
the wider heat-exchange properties of a naphthenic oil.

Low-Viscosity Epoxy

EP62-1BF is a two-part epoxy said to have the ability to
withstand exposure to aggressive chemicals including
acids, bases, and solvents, even at high temperatures. With
a long open time of 12 to 24 hr. at
75 F for a 100-g. batch, it has a
non-critical mix ratio of 100
to 5 by weight and offers a
variety of cure schedules
at moderately elevated
temperatures from 140 F
to 257 F. It also has a low
shrinkage upon curing.

Expanded Tire-Coupling Line

The Raptor tire-coupling line, designed to provide as much
as a 5.9-times longer coupling life, now includes sizes E100,
E120, and E140, with a maximum torque rating of 340,340
in.-lb. The coupling uses WingLock technology, an optimized
elastomeric element designed to provide longer driven equipment life and increased reliability. The product has a split
element for replacement without having to move or re-align
connected equipment.
