POWER 100: THE POWER 100 2006 Now in its fifth year, the ArtReview Power 100 no longer requires much in the way of introduction, having become, whether you love it or hate it, something of a fixture in the artworld calendar. It's serious, because these are the people who shape art's future, but fun too, as like every list it has its own particular quirks and idiosyncracies.
