Founded in 1995, Characterplan has become Korea’s leading independent animation producer and distributor of children’s programming. The company enjoys a reputation of excellence in both animation production and character licensing in Korea through titles such as Hammerboy which won numerous awards including the New York International Children’s Film Festival 2004 and Cairo International Film Festival for Children 2005 . Hammerboy achieved significant success with an international television series and home entertainment deals, breaking box office records in its home country. A more recent addition within Characterplan’s children’s slate is that of Nine Tails Fox - an action fantasy adventure targeting children in the six to twelve age group. The compelling storyline surrounds a friendship between a boy Maru and a ghost, whom he releases and befriends through finding and using a A new animation from South Korea looking for a co-production partner is Colin the Invincible. This energetic and humorous storyline has the byline, “When you’re a seven year old Prince, you’d better be quick on your feet or else you’re dragon food!” The Kingdom of Hamalot seems a pretty peaceful place. King Geoffrey usually insists that his son attends to the problems that need sorting within the Kingdom. However, the trouble is that Colin is only seven years old. So, unable to solve problems by fighting, Colin has to think his way out of trouble. Fortunately, if there’s one thing Colin is good at, it is thinking! This is just as mystical sword. This ghost is an old fox with Nine Tails who leads Maru though many adventures. However, grave danger awaits from the enemies of the Nine Tails Fox.
