Preheat oil to 325 degrees F 3. Carefully wrap Kataifi around each lobster tail and place in hot oil, careful not to overcrowd the pan (3 at a time) 4. When Kataifi turns golden brown on both sides remove from pan and place on paper towels to drain 5. Add green onions to aioli, and mix together. 6. To plate, arrange 1 leaf of suey choy with one lobster tail on top.
