TERMS & CONDITIONS The purchase of packages, air only, cruises, tours and car rentals (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) offered by NOLITOURS constitutes a contractual agreement between NOLITOURS and the customer and implies your acceptance of NOLITOURS’ Terms and Conditions described hereinafter in the sections “Things To Know Before You Go” and “Other Terms and Conditions”. Please ensure you read carefully and understand these Terms and Conditions prior to booking. THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO FOR ALL SERVICES Unless otherwise indicated, all flights are operated by Air Transat. “Book Early and Save” This offer may not be combined with any other offer and applies to the prices indicated in this brochure only. Savings are based on double occupancy. Payment conditions Regular deposit conditions apply at time of booking. Final payment must be received by the NOLITOURS office at least 45 days prior to departure or no later than the final date specified for the “Book Early and Save”. Please refer to hotel descriptions. Cancellation fees Refer to the “Cancellation charges” Please note that the days mentioned in the Terms and conditions are normal business days and that the day of departure is not calculated for the purpose of the charges for changes. CANCELLATION CHARGES The following charges will apply to any cancellation, regardless of the cause: Packages, flights and “Book Early and Save”: - 46 days or more prior to departure date: deposit amount - 45 to 22 days prior to departure date: 50% of total package cost per person, including taxes and service charges - 21 days or less prior to departure date: 100% of total package cost per person, including taxes and service charges Prices include: Portions related to Services reserved, such as described in the pages of this brochure. • roundtrip airfare for Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton departures • airport/hotel roundtrip transfers at all destinations • accommodation for the duration of the stay, in accordance with the vacation package and hotel category selected • hotel taxes and service charges (unless you are otherwise advised) • services of a NOLITOURS representative at destination. Cruise only and cruise package: selected shipboard accommodation • onboard meals • most shipboard entertainment and activities. To be added to your base price pre-paid to NOLITOURS: For Services including a flight (package): navigation fees • other related taxes and fees • USA overflight fee • airport improvement fees for Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton • Canadian Air travelers security charge • airline insurance fee Cruise only and cruise package: transportation/government taxes and fees and fuel supplement¦ (unless otherwise indicated). All services: GST and Provincial Sales Tax where applicable. ¦ Fuel supplement amounts for the cruise portion are as indicated below per person per day and are subject to change. Royal Caribbean International/Enchantment of the Seas/Panama: $10 1st/2nd guest; $5 each additional guest in Mexico: local airport taxes in Dominican Republic: tourist card*, local airport taxes in Jamaica: tourist card*, local airport taxes *Please note that children under 2 years of age must purchase a tourist card at time of booking. Connector Flights: 100% non-refundable Car rentals: At any time before the departure: deposit amount Cancellation to car rentals made after scheduled pick-up and no shows will be charged a minimum 3 days rental. There is no refund for any unused portion of a car rental. DEPOSIT At the time of booking, customers must provide the travel agent with a deposit as follows: Packages, flights: A deposit of $300 per person is required at time of booking. Cruises: Royal Caribbean International/Enchantment of the Seas/Panama: Cruise only portion 6 to 8 nights: 69 to 30 days prior to sailing: deposit amount 29 to 8 days prior to sailing: 50% 7 days or less:100% Connector Flights: Full payment is required at time of booking. Car rentals: A deposit of $25 per car is required at time of booking. Royal Caribbean International/Enchantment of the Seas/Panama : 6 to 8 nights: $265 Pre and post hotels before or after the cruise: A deposit of the equivalent to one night's stay is required. These deposits do not include any amount paid for travel insurance. Pre and post hotel accommodation: 17 days or more prior to departure: equivalent to one night stay 16 days or less prior to departure: 100% of total hotel cost including taxes. No refunds will be made by NOLITOURS for Services either cancelled or unused subsequent to departure. Insurance premiums are non-refundable, in whole or in part, whether cancelled before or after the departure date. All cancellation fees must be calculated based on the total amount of the products and Travel Services purchased including GST/PST. Prices do not include: Personal expenses • telephone and data port charges at some hotels • meals and drinks, unless otherwise specified as part of a vacation package. Cruise package: airfare* • transfer* between airport and pier • gratuities • alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages • pre and post hotel accommodation and connector fare when required due to flight schedules • other items non specifically stated in the cruise rate • personal expenses. *(Unless otherwise indicated). All services: GST and Provincial Sales Tax where applicable. in Dominican Republic: tourist card for children under 2 years of age in Jamaica: tourist card for children under 2 years of age CHARGES FOR CHANGES Packages and flights: Any changes to a reservation (ex: date, hotel or room category) will be subject to the following charges: - 45 days and more prior to departure: $50 per person - 45 days or less prior to departure: refer to ”Cancellation charges” Car rentals: no fee FINAL PAYMENT Unless otherwise indicated final payment must be received by NOLITOURS at least forty-five (45) days prior to the date of departure. Reservations made less than forty-five (45) days prior to the date of departure must be accompanied by payment in full. If final payment is not received within the required period, NOLITOURS reserves the right to cancel any such reservations without prior notice, without right of recovery for the client and levy applicable cancellation fees as indicated in this section of the Terms and Conditions. Airline tickets and other travel documents will only be delivered to the travel agent once NOLITOURS has received payment in full. Reservations made within fourteen (14) days or less of the date of departure are automatically assigned for pickup at the airport or via e-document. It is the responsibility of customers and travel agents to ensure that the information appearing on the airline tickets, vouchers and other travel documents is consistent with booking arrangements. Cruises: - For changes made inside of final payment date: refer to “Cancellation Charges”. - For any changes made prior to final payment on air portion offered by NOLITOURS: $300 per person will apply. PROMOTION CONDITIONS Save 35 days prior to departure This offer may not be combined with any other offer and applies to the prices indicated in this brochure only. NOLITOURS reserves the right to modify the conditions or withdraw this offer at any time. Savings are based on double occupancy. Payment conditions A deposit of $300 per person is required at time of booking. Final payment must be received by the NOLITOURS office at least 35 days prior to departure. Cancellation fees - 36 days or more prior to departure: $300 per person - 35 days and less prior to departure: 100% of the total cost of the package per person, including taxes and services charges Change in the room or cabin occupancy: If any change made by one or more customers alters the basis of room occupancy, rates will be adjusted to reflect true room occupancy status. Changes made after final payment date, please refer to cancellation charges. Change in customer’s name: Changes of customer names will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. Cruises: - Royal Caribbean International/Enchantment of the Seas/Panama: 80 days prior to sailing Travel documents Provided NOLITOURS has received payment in full, e-documents will be forwarded to the travel agent 21 days prior to sailing. Reservations made 28 days or less of the date of departure documents/edocuments will automatically be assigned for pickup at the airport. Changes made subsequent to departure date: Charges will apply for any changes in customer reservations subsequent to the departure date, as long as the changes are possible. More specifically, NOLITOURS’ representatives or the service supplier will charge customers the applicable fees. No refund will be given for a price change resulting in a lower fare. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. BROCHURE DESCRIPTIONS NOLITOURS has put forth all necessary efforts to ensure that, at time of publication, all descriptions in the present brochure are accurate. For several reasons beyond the control of NOLITOURS, modifications can take place during the season which may affect brochure descriptions. These modifications will be noted and NOLITOURS’ computer reservation link will be updated accordingly. It is the travel agent's responsibility to advise the customer of these modifications. No representative of NOLITOURS is authorized to alter or ignore any of the provisions hereof. However, upon request by the travel agent, customers must stipulate in writing that the credit card may be used without their signature. Once a credit card number has been forwarded to NOLITOURS to guarantee a reservation, the travel agent becomes responsible for payment and must keep a signed copy of the customer’s authorization on file. In the event that credit card charges are contested, a copy of this authorization must be sent to NOLITOURS before any decision can be made. TERMS & CONDITIONS 5.
