The Lakeland Art Gallery and the Grace College Art Gallery have changing exhibits throughout the year. The Wagon Wheel Theatre hosts top name musical groups, comedy acts, and of course, the traditional summer play season and holiday show. Oakwood Christian Retreat and Conference Center presents spiritual programming throughout the year including Easter and Christmas productions. Grace College offers wonderful opportunities for musical and theatrical entertainment from the drama and music departments. The MasterWorks Festival is a four-week classical performing arts training program that offers advanced and passionate students of music, dance, opera and theatre the opportunity to learn from professional Christian performing artists in their respective field. The festival hosts more than 40 performances over the course of a month, all of which are free of charge and open to the public. Performances include two weekly orchestral performances, a fulllength dance program with orchestra, a fully staged theatre production, a full-length opera production, chamber music recitals, concerti with guest artists, as well as Faculty Recitals, the Student Honors Recital, the Concerto Competition, and numerous community performing opportunities.
