Waterford is a well-kept secret with a touch of home just 20 minutes west of I-94. Filled with quaint shops and mouth-watering eateries, Waterford residents and guests enjoy family-friendly events throughout the year. Racine’s newest industrial park, Southside Industrial Park, is open at Memorial Drive and DeKoven Avenue. The redeveloped 14-acre facility offers clean, green sites for industry. Symbolic of the larger transformation is the new bio-remediation pond, which uses natural processes to filter contamination from storm water before it flows into the river and the lake.
