Our Front Desk is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our management team has been attracting vacationers to Kiawah since the island’s grand opening 33 years ago. ResortQuest is Charleston’s largest resort rental company and is focused 100% on providing you a rewarding and memorable vacation experience. WHAT’S INCLUDED? All accommodations are fully appointed and include a completely equipped kitchen. All linens (except beach towels), dinnerware, flatware and even detergent for the washer and dishwasher are provided. Each property is inspected and graded against our stringent requirements for quality furnishings, fixtures, equipment and décor. Every property has furnished decks or screened porches, color cable TV, a DVD and/or VCR player, microwave, AM/FM radio, telephone, a washer/dryer and central heating and air conditioning. So your last day is carefree, departure cleaning is provided. Daily maid service is available at an additional charge. Typical Villa Floor Plan PRIVATE HOMES If you need more space than a villa or cottage can provide, consider renting a private home. Properties range from three bedrooms overlooking the marsh to seven bedrooms on the beach. All homes have central heating, air conditioning and a fullyequipped kitchen including dinnerware, flatware, dishwasher and microwave oven. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Telephone, VCR and/or DVD Player, AM/FM radio, washer/dryer and cable are also standard. Be sure to ask about optional Travel Insurance. VILLAGES & COTTAGES Choose from one to four bedroom accommodations in a villa or a cottage. Some have neighborhood pools and fishing and crabbing docks on the river. All villas and cottages have fully-equipped kitchens, living and dining areas, decks or screened porches and color cable TV. Departure cleaning is included.
