Policies FULLYEQUIPPED HOME & VILLA LODGING All properties oﬀer central heating, air conditioning and kitchens including dinnerware, cookware, ﬂatware, dishwasher, coﬀee maker, blender and microwave. Telephone, VCR and/or DVD Player, AM/FM radio, washer/ dryer and color cable TV are standard. Starter sets of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing and laundry detergent, and bath soap are also provided, as are bed linens, bath towels and departure cleaning services on stays of 3 nights or more. Daily housekeeping and extra linens, towels and supplies are available for a reasonable fee. DEPOSITS & FEES Only $250 deposit for villas and 25% for homes is collected at the time of booking! The rental balance is required 60 days in advance for homes and 30 days in advance for villas. Final payments include 11.5% tax, 5% reservation fee and are non-refundable unless ResortQuest is able to rebook the property for the same dates and rate. METHODS OF PAYMENT We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. A credit card will be required at time of booking for all reservations. Other acceptable methods of payment include personal check, cashier's check, certiﬁed check and money order. All payments must be paid in U.S. dollars. PROPERTY AVAILABILITY When you conﬁrm a reservation, a property will be assigned; however, no property request can be guaranteed. Should the accommodation become unavailable due to maintenance or is no longer available for rental, ResortQuest will provide alternative accommodations. 26 CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation received within 72 hours of booking will incur no penalty. After 72 hours, cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $50 processing fee. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival for villas or within 60 days for homes will result in forfeiture of all payments made. If the property rebooks for the same dates and rate, a refund (less the processing fee) will be issued. TRAVEL INSURANCE BENEFIT Travel Insurance is available at the time of booking. We highly recommend adding travel insurance for the many beneﬁts the program oﬀers ranging from cancellation, trip delays, medical emergencies and even roadside assistance! The premium is just 6% of your stay. For additional details call Travel Guard toll-free at 866-221-0577. TRAVEL INSURANCE For peace of mind, be sure to ask about the Trip Cancellation Insurance Program we oﬀer. This covers non-refundable payments and certain extra costs if your trip is interrupted due to injury, sickness, death or certain other perils beyond your control. ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE ADI Designed to protect our guests and property owners, our optional Accidental Damage Insurance (ADI) covers costs of accidental loss or damage to the contents of the rental property during your stay. ADI does not cover negligence or willful and wanton misconduct and is limited to a maximum coverage of $1,500. The premium for this optional beneﬁt is $45. A credit card is required for damages not covered by or exceeding the insurance limit. PROHIBITED VEHICLES AND VEHICLE PASSES Motorcycles, campers, RVs and boat trailers are not permitted. Parking is limited at some properties. Please check with your reservation agent if you plan to bring more than two vehicles. PARKING LIMITS AND RULES & REGULATIONS Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island and Wild Dunes have strict vehicle pass limits for each property. If you plan to bring more than 2 cars, please check with Guest Services at 1-800-877-0837 to verify the number of cars and people your lodging permits. PET POLICY Sorry, none of our accommodations accept pets. We can help you locate a kennel nearby. Just call 800-877-0837. CHECKIN TIME Check-in is after 4:00 P.M. Summer Saturdays are the busiest check-in/checkout days of the year, so please plan to schedule your arrival on the island for after 4:00 P.M. CHECKOUT TIME Check-out is no later than 10:00 A.M. WD SPORTSCARD To access the Wild Dunes Sports Pavillion, which includes the swimming pool, tennis courts, recreation programs and ﬁtness center, guests must rent a property which oﬀers the Sportscard. Access may require advance reservations and additional fees may apply.
