It’s a great way to cool off, and to use up the plentiful supply of watermelon this time of year. Serves: 3 | Preparation time: 5 minutes 2 11/2 1 1/2 1/8 1/2 cups seeded fresh watermelon chunks cups vanilla yogurt tablespoon sugar teaspoon ground ginger teaspoon almond extract cup cracked ice 1 Place all ingredients, except ice, in container of an electric blender.
