As well as understanding a particular skill or skills, participants within our training sessions are encouraged to apply what they’ve learned. In this way they contribute to the success of their organisation while, at the same time, growing and developing personally. New skills must be reinforced in the workplace. We therefore follow up our In-Company training programmes with mentoring and coaching, and actively encourage their line managers to engage in the ongoing development process. The combination of which, enhances the learning and completes the transformation. We also offer consulting in both culture change management and policy and procedure development: All key to transforming ways of working. I very much enjoyed the course, and am totally certain that I will be able to use many of the topics covered once back at work.
