It is designed to nationally recognised standards and best practice, and allows achievement of accreditation in as little as six weeks. Newly appointed supervisors/team leaders, existing supervisors/team leaders with little or no previous training, and those aspiring to the position. Module 2: Supervising others 9 9 9 9 characteristics of effective team working building a new relationship with the team monitoring performance and giving feedback supervising individuals Accreditation The Foundation Certificate is awarded following successful completion of all modules and assessment of the Action Plan. ACCREDITED PROGRAMME Module 1: Supervisor/Team Leader role 9 9 self-analysis, developing the role, developing relationships criteria for assessing performance against business objectives Who can benefit? Supervisors/Team Leaders with a minimum of two years experience in the role. Module 2: Supervising people and teams 9 9 9 teambuilding: working styles, motivation, delegation, coaching appraising performance, team briefings, dealing with difficulties an introduction to Employment Law Accreditation The Certificate is awarded following successful completion of all modules and assessment of the Action Plan.
