Our job is to encourage and help businesses to become more competitive through employee training and development all linked to improving efficiencies and economic impact. learndirect scotland for business want to help you to encourage your clients to get involved with training so they get more out of their business. We do this by acting as a broker. We match the learning needs of businesses to appropriate solutions, whether it’s a training course or introducing them to other agencies that can help them drive their business forward. We also introduce SMEs to business improvement tools that will encourage them to adopt a ‘good practice’ culture.
