This will contain information on courses and materials (such as briefing notes, workbooks and online learning) tailored to meet your requirements. The support you receive from your training partner is FREE. Your training partner will: • conduct a business learning needs assessment to help you understand your training needs to help with the creation of an outline training plan • discuss potential business improvements that may be achieved by the introduction of a training plan • put you in touch with partner agencies who can give you support or information • find appropriate courses from our database and use local knowledge to meet any learning needs that have been identified • make you aware of local and national initiatives, including potential funding streams, that you may be able to access • introduce learning materials, such as workbooks, briefing sheets and online learning – FREE • help you to prepare a training plan • maintain contact, offer continuing support and measure progress through regular review.
