Event Tree construction and analysis for the work area 6, Vaults and Storage Tubes. • Thompsons Nuclear Engineering Limited Preparation of safety case documentation for the fuel drying machine and associated interlocks for the SNL Dry Store. • Her Majesty’s Nuclear Installations Inspectorate Provision of technical support in the independent review of dockyard safety cases including a crane reliability analysis, review of several HAZOP reports and development of an independent Fault Tree model for Overside services.
