Figs. 6a-d: Here are some finals taken the day of seating, which
was today.
These are e.max HT bleach blocks. I don't really love the value of
HT blocks but the bleach ones are OK and these were really thin and
uniform thickness .3mm, so graying out isn't likely. Color match we
will see as premolars are dehydrated here. I hope papillas will fill in. I
feel they are a bit blunted from temps but should be fine.
Here is where I have some questions. I left this little tiny open
bite still on the front 6. Why? At this point she had great stable posterior stops all even.
Figs. 7a-b: Here is a picture of articulating marks - no slide and
not breaking temps. If I adjust all these stable stops down just a hair,
I'll get anterior contact. Do I leave this alone or do I equilibrate
down to get anterior stops? They are micro-millimeters away. What
say you - leave or equilibrate more?

I don't have any advice on the
occlusion. Did you fabricate these
veneers with CEREC in your
office? Was there any cutback?
Very nice results! n Ed

Wade, can't help with occlusion.
So many questions:
How did you deprogram?
What cement system?
Cord when cementing?
The tissue looks great after cementing, how? n

If she is open, what does she
occlude on when she goes into protrusive? I have a few cases in which I
added composite to the mesial of the
lower premolars so that when they move forward they
catch the distal of the canine and the mesial of the lower
premolar, thus not letting the anteriors take the brunt of
the protrusive movement. This has worked well in cases
where the patients had worn down the upper anteriors
and I was scared if they guided on this alone it would
cause breakage of the porcelain. I personally think the
