He maintains a private practice in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. 92 Ensuring a harmonious shade match among restorations and adjacent natural teeth can sometimes be challenging, particularly when a combination of restorative materials (e.g., direct composite, all-ceramic) is used. Adding to inherent shade matching challenges is the need for composite core buildups underneath planned all-ceramic restorations.
