What's New in Continuing Education?
Welcome to 2018!
We just finished another great year of CE on Dentaltown and I would like to thank all the amazing educators

misconception. Indirect pulp therapy, pulpotomy and
pulpectomy are discussed, with emphasis on diagnosis
and technique. The procedural steps for stainless steel
crowns are explained and shown, as well as Wren's
process for using nitrous oxide, appropriate topical
anesthesia and local anesthesia.

Dental Implants: Tips and Tricks

For the past 25 years, Shaw has been
doing composite bridges with excellent
success. Bridges provide a great solution
for post-ortho missing anterior teeth until
the patient is old enough for an implant,
seniors on a limited budget, or a fast solution for someone
waiting for bone healing and remodeling before more
definitive treatment.

Dental implants are a reliable option for replacement
of missing teeth, but at times can seem unnecessarily
complex and cost-prohibitive. By utilizing some simple
techniques such as model-based guides, and learning
basic implant lab work, clinicians can make many cases
more predictable and profitable.
