I'll use inexpensive brackets, but I will not go cheap on the glue! I loathe broken brackets. I
use Transbond as well.
If I did not use Transbond, I would use a Reliance product. ■

We use Assure (Assure Plus on primary teeth and porcelain) and either Transbond XT or
Light Bond (Reliance). I'm trying to decide between the two. I find the LightBond is a bit less
"sticky" and easier to clean. ■

3M L-Pop with Transbond XT for direct bonding. Assure and Transbond LR for indirect
bonding. Assure Plus for 7's, crowns and rebonds. ■

We keep Ortho Solo as a bonding agent at every chair as well as the Transbond XT
adhesive we use for all bonding. We use the syringes. Keep 1-2 bottles of Assure Plus at my
island for crowns.
I do use Transbond LR for bonded lower retainers and have them along with dispensing
guns at every chair. ■

We use Transbond XT for all direct bonds, lingual retainers and Invisalign attachments. We
also keep Fuji Ortho VLC for wet second molars and RPE's that come out. ■

Reliance Light Bond with 3M L-Pop for 5-5 direct bond
Fuji Ortho LC with L-Pop on molar brackets
L-Pop and either Reliance Light Bond or Fuji Ortho LC on deciduous teeth
Assure Plus and Reliance Light Bond for porcelain (with Reliance porcelain conditioner),
SS crowns, gold, composite, pontics
