Moral temptations, ruptured homes, and social stress sometimes crush a child until he withdraws or lashes out. The School of Education’s Division of Psychology teaches psychology and counseling majors how to help individuals struggling with loss, alienation, and other pressures. When life becomes too much to handle alone, having a supporter and guide can make all the difference. The Division of Graduate Studies has a dual focus, preparing teachers for elementary, secondary, and college levels of teaching as well as training administrative personnel and counselors for leadership roles in Christian education and ministry.
