Enjoy a tour of the Manor House given by one of Mrs. Seiberling’s visitors, then stay for tea with her. Guests will be able to participate in a traditional tea while learning proper 1920s etiquette and practicing the art of conversation. July 18-20: Shakespeare—Hamlet Time: The performance begins at 8 pm Price: see page 24 July 20: Vintage Base Ball—Akron Cup Time: 9 am-5 pm Price: Free for members The 12th annual Akron Cup will also include family-friendly vintage events to participate in throughout the day, including croquet, clock golf and sidesaddle horseback riding. Bring blankets and lawn chairs to sit on while relaxing at the Great Meadow. The Stan Hywet Needlework Guild and Debbie Stiehler present Funny Fog and Lucky Ladybug. Stiehler, an international needle-art-designer, has created this class for an adult-child experience. Participants will create Funny Frog and Lucky Ladybug by using the kit provided in class — start one in class and take the other home for later. The kit includes all materials except stuffing.
