Burns has been with our Agency only a short time and has already made his presence known in the community with several listings to his name. He has a lot of drive and ambition that makes a very successful Agent,” stated Steve. John has a degree in Respiratory Therapy and has had a successful commercial painting business. His experience working with customers, makes him an excellent advocate in the real estate market. When it is time for relaxation, John enjoys a good round of golf or going fishing. He and his wife, Rebecca, love to travel and can frequently be seen in the Sunshine state of Florida. Being a lifetime resident of Gautier and the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Dawne Jakubik is excited to be working in real estate. “I love the coast and helping people find their heart’s desire in a new home is very rewarding,” said Dawne. She has a degree in Speech Pathology and has been a Teacher Assistant working with Kindergarten children. “Dawne’s enthusiasm, her love of people and the Gulf Coast go hand in hand to make an excellent Sales Agent. Steve and I look forward to many years of having her on our staff,” said Chad. Dawne and her husband Andrew live in Gautier where they enjoy going to the beach and being with family. She can usually be found either playing with her 2 grandchildren or just enjoying her 2 daughters. Robert L. “Bob” Deal has 20 years experience in home specialization all along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Bob is a great communicator and excels in following up with his clients. He is always ready to list a home or assist a customer in finding the home of their dreams. Chad said of Bob, “We look for hard workers with a drive to excel in customer satisfaction as well as a deep sense of professionalism. Bob is an outstanding Agent who more than achieves all of these expectations.” You will most likely find Bob and his wife, Summer, supporting their 2 daughters, ages 13 and 11, at their basketball games or other athletic activities in Ocean Springs. They love to play tennis or go to the islands and play bocci ball on the beach. On Sundays they attend Northside Assembly of God as a family. A former Case Manager at Naval Station Pascagoula and a Teacher with Jackson County Civic Action Committee, Marqupearl P. Banks understands the values of others and works well with people of all cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Having had many years experience communicating with people in the classroom and in the workplace, she is capable of sustaining a high level of concentration and using common sense to reach workable conclusions. Chad stated that, “I am excited to have Marqupearl on board with her background in real estate, construction w/OSHA certification, finance and her focus on the future. She has already made an excellent addition to our staff!” Gautier is where Marqupearl and her husband of 26 years, Elva Banks, make their home. When she’s not listing or selling real estate, she enjoys attending church, going to a movie, community activities, boating with her husband or enjoying their 2 sons.
