In our search work, we advise on the appointment of Chairmen and Non-Executive Directors as well as senior executive and functional roles. As Board advisors, we focus on Board performance, capability and succession planning. • The Partners at MWM have placed a quarter of the current FTSE 100 Chairmen and a sixth of the Chief Executives. Clients include the world’s largest corporations such as BP , HSBC and British Airways. • We additionally advise a number of private companies and leading private equity firms. A significant proportion of our business is international with clients based in Europe, the USA and the Middle East. • We wish to recruit additional Research Associates to work with the Partners on all aspects of the execution of search assignments across a number of sectors. Key tasks will £26K – £30K BASE + BONUS + BENEFITS include developing research strategies; identifying and contacting potential candidates in the UK and internationally; and participating in interviews and client meetings. • Candidates will have a degree from a leading university and at least a year’s work experience. Previous experience of search is not necessary but the maturity to deal with senior business leaders together with outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, is a prerequisite. • Key attributes are energy and resilience, intellectual edge with a willingness to learn, a naturally inquisitive nature and a broad interest in business.
