DCG, together with its subsidiary, The Derivatives Consulting Group LLC in New York, provides services to a large number of leading investment and commercial banks, hedge funds, asset managers and industry utilities. The successful candidates will be placed within teams, at a number of our clients who are top tier investment banks, asset managers and hedge funds, both in the UK and internationally. These teams will consist of a mixture of knowledgeable operations staff, and graduate trainees, as agreed in discussions with the client. Candidates will acquire: • Exposure to working within a financial environment and Banking Operations. • DCG product training in either ISDA Documentation, Nostro’s, Settlements, or Collateral. • The chance to specialize in an area of derivatives and cross-train into other derivative products or Operational areas in the future. • Exposure to liaising externally with Counterparties and internally with traders, sales teams, Legal and Operations etc to resolve queries • A solid grounding in the workings of investment banking.
