Supporting the Product Managers on new product development and product launches, you will play an essential role in maintaining the product database; managing product testing programmes; and preparing information for user training, technical articles and press releases. This role will interest HND/degree qualified engineers who have a natural technical curiosity, strong interpersonal skills and a positive approach to resolving technical queries.
