We are seeking to recruit a self-motivated graduate to join our Dental Marketing Department, to help implement our marketing strategy in a number of areas within the UK. You’ll also be responsible for recruiting and retaining dental students and dental care professionals as members of Dental Protection. Your key responsibilities will include: • Public relations - organising events, giving presentations and developing a strong relationship with students and staff; • Recruitment – you’ll be required to articulate the benefits of Dental Protection membership to dental students and dental care professionals working towards pre-defined recruitment targets; • Marketing and promotion - contributing to the writing of promotional material as well as writing and presenting reports and timely information to senior management. You’ll be enthusiastic and sociable with excellent communications skills, and be confident, highly motivated, organised and committed, with good creative thinking and an interest in marketing. You’ll be as efficient working on your own as you are in a team. A clean driving licence is also a pre-requisite. The role will involve a significant amount of time spent out of the office, extensive travel and some late nights and weekends. Position 1 – Media Researcher We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking person to create reports and analysis from media measurement information. You will be highly computer literate, with excellent Excel skills and experience of using Access, Word and PowerPoint. A mind for numbers, an eye for detail and a patient organised approach would be advantageous. Position 2 – Data Interpretation Analyst We are looking for someone to collect and analyse numerical information, and present results in the form of graphs, charts, diagrams, tables and reports. You will have experience of identifying trends and patterns to help clients make business decisions. Strong Mathematics and/or Statistics qualifications and excellent written / spoken communication skills are essential. Although experience of television, internet, radio or consumer research would be helpful for both positions, full in-house and external training will be provided.
