We are looking for Customer Services Officers to join our busy Customer Services and Assessment Directorate, which is the first point of contact for the Ombudsman’s customers including the general public, MPs, NHS Bodies, Government organisations and other stakeholders. As part of this team and as a first point of call, you will provide advice, assistance and preliminary assessment of all enquiries ensuring that they are dealt with in the most appropriate way to deliver high quality service. If you enjoy helping people resolve their problems, possess excellent customer service skills and have a track record in effective communication as well as a commitment to high standards of customer service and delivery against target, then we would like to hear from you.
