Advisors WorkDirections is a private company that successfully supports thousands of unemployed people each year to find work through Government-funded employment programmes. We support people who are long-term unemployed, those on incapacity benefits and single parents to find lasting jobs, and have vacancies in our offices in London and Edinburgh, Lothian and Borders. We are recruiting for exceptional individuals. You will work with many different clients, each with very different circumstances and needs. It will be up to you to decide how to challenge, support and inspire them to succeed in finding a job. All of our advisors are high achievers and many have a degree. Most have no previous experience in this field, and we recruit for attitude, intelligence, creativity and resourcefulness. Common to all advisors is the ability to achieve challenging outcomes within a target-driven environment. To succeed in this role, you need exceptional face-to-face and written £31,500 London £27,350 Outside London Plus excellent benefits communication skills, and must be efficient and well-organised. Our clients require high levels of support and advisors are given considerable autonomy to take the initiative and deliver creative solutions tailored to each individual. Our advisors will tell you there is no other job like this. Supporting clients to bring about significant change in their lives can be challenging for both advisor and client.
