Opportunity • 3 years’ practical work experience • Day release to study toward postgraduate degree in Town and Country Planning (RTPI) at a local university • Access to in-house personal and professional development training courses • Training allowance £14,000 (net pay) The successful candidate will have: • Interest in built environment or regeneration issues • Good verbal and written communication skills • Good interpersonal skills • Ability to manage conflicting priorities • Problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills Essential requirements for all applicants: • Educated to degree level (minimum 2:2) • Eligibility for home student university fee (e.g. as a national of the UK/another EU country) • Able to balance work and study • Ability to work within a diverse environment • Must be eligible to work/train in the UK for the duration of the traineeship.
