Quality of Service Policy Analyst The focus of this role will be to make sure that consumer interest is at the heart of our policies. You will assist with the development of policy for the quality of service delivered by electricity distribution companies. You will collate and monitor output data, review the requirements for reporting quality of service information and compile reports on this data. You may also have the opportunity to work on other areas of the 5th Price Control Review (DPCR5).
