Paula Rosa, based in Storrington, West Sussex, design, manufacture and install high quality ﬁtted kitchens, with the majority of its turnover from supply to new build sites via property developers with additional sales through the company’s showroom in Storrington. This post, as part of the government’s Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) scheme, will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to develop their project management skills and will require them to respond to commercial pressures, particularly through the management of a signiﬁcant development programme. Key attributes: Bachelors degree at 2:1 or above in appropriate scientiﬁc or engineering subject such as Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Systems. Proven capability in the analysis of manufacturing processes is essential. An appropriate higher technical or business systems degree would be an advantage.
