The training consists of two mandatory training blocks, one at the start and one at the end of the programme. The second training block focuses on your specific needs and interests and it will be up to you and your line manager to decide which training modules can best further your career. Your work experience will dictate the number of required training days during the second block. It is up to our graduates to make the most of this invaluable opportunity and to mould themselves into a highlyskilled professionals.
