I tried calling customer support and was pleased. The call
was answered promptly by a knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly
representative who had been with the company for more than a
year.

CaseCheck+ is a citator system, enabling you to know instantly
if the case you're reading is still good law. CaseCheck+ returns
negative treatments instantly as you research. You can link to
negative treatments and quickly review the citation history for both
state and federal cases. CaseCheck+ works seamlessly to identify
whether or not a case has been treated negatively or positively by
subsequent cases. If there is no negative treatment you will see a
green thumbs up ( ). If there is negative treatment you will see a
red thumbs down ( ). Links to the cited cases are provided.

Casemaker Mobile App I tried the Casemaker mobile app as
well. The mobile app is included free with your membership as well.
It is compatible with Apple iPhone and iPad as well as Android
devices. I tried the Apple iOS app and it worked as advertised. In
the App Store, search for Casemaker, download and install the free
app, look for the confirming e-mail and acknowledge your account,
enter your account credentials once, and you are good to start
searching via the basic Casemaker app.

CiteCheck is a brief analyzer to check the cites in your brief.
Upload your Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, plain text or searchable
PDF document, and CiteCheck will analyze every citation,
providing you with a report of good law, negative treatments,
and potential citation format errors. It takes about one minute to
analyze most briefs.

Annotator A tab available when viewing a statute, admin
code, or court rules that lists other documents (case, statutes, etc.)
that cite the document being viewed. 'Search Within Results' and
'Subsection Searching' features are available on the Annotator tab
to assist in narrowing the list of documents to review.

Casemaker Digest creates daily or weekly search summaries
which you can have e-mailed to yourself.

Advanced Search A search page specifically designed for case
law "fielded" searching to include, but not limited to: attorney,
court, judge, panel and date decided.

Archive Currently Casemaker has archived data for statutes,
admin codes, and rules, and will soon include archived versions of
state constitutions. There is an 'Archive' on each state page which
allows for navigation and searching by data type. Archived data can
also be viewed using the "Tree View" browse interface.
Browse Interface (Tree View & List View) A browse interface
allows you to navigate to a particular document via tree view or list
view.
