Spotlight on New Members

The new Assistant County Solicitor is Paul T. Bradshaw and his work
involves contracts for the County and its departments. His undergraduate years
were spent at Wheaton College, while the law was learned at the University
of Pennsylvania Law School. He also holds a LL.M in Federal Taxation
from the University of Alabama Law School. His work background is varied
but includes four years with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps,
private practice and most recently twelve years with Sunesys, LLC, a specialty
telecommunications company providing broadband connectivity. Paul is
married to Carol Bradshaw, and between them they have six children and four
grandchildren. His hobbies include hiking, fly fishing, cooking and baking.
Joining the Litigation Department of Roland Stock has been Erin A. Kelly,
where she focuses her practice on general litigation cases. She is a graduate
of Lock Haven University and Drexel University School of Law, where she
served as a graduate assistant for torts. Erin had previously worked for a
regional transportation authority in regard to employment issues. She is fluent
in Spanish and has experience with both employment-based and family-based
immigration matters. Her outside interests are boxing, travel, running and
cooking. She even has a cooking blog!

Eric J. Landes is a new associate at Rick Linn, LLC. Both his Bachelor
of Arts degree and Juris Doctorate were earned at West Virginia University.
His current practice revolves around litigation, including family law, criminal
defense, estate administration, contract disputes and debt collection defense.
He previously worked with the Social Security Office of the General Counsel
in Philadelphia, the West Virginia University General Civil Law Clinic and
private law offices in Morgantown, W.Va. and Washington, PA. A graduate
of Pottsgrove High School, Eric enjoys travel, outdoor adventuring, golf and
"repeatedly watching Game of Thrones."
The Law Clerk for the Honorable Mary Ann Ullman is Morgan K.
Palermo. She graduated from Wilkes University and the Dickinson School
of Law. Morgan "was heavily involved in Penn State Law's Family Law Clinic"
and externed with the Clearfield County District Attorney's office. Outside
of work she loves cooking, yoga and "anything related to my blue Weimaraner,
Bodhi!"
