scenes on vans and motorcycles. Since moving to Chester County,
Abbe continues to study and take courses at West Chester University, Montgomery County Community College, The Mainline Art
Center, Wayne Art Center and the Chester County Art Center.
Abbe has also studied with Inez Starr, Kassem Amoundi and Georganna Lenssen. Abbe is also a professional cosmetologist and enjoys
using her creativity and artistic talent on her clients.
Her featured art is abstract to abstract impressionist, influenced
by Dali, Picasso, Kandinsky and Gorky. It is acrylics and oils, and
often both used in the same painting as it creates a unique texture
and energy. Abbe's works have been featured and sold in galleries
across the Delaware Valley including The Cerulean Gallery, Jam Gallery, Artist Unite Show, Chester County Art Center and many others. Upcoming events include a solo show at the Chester County Art
Association this winter, from March 15th to April 15th. Abbe will
also be part of a fund raising event at the Historic Yellow Springs Art

Artist Statement
I work mainly as a contemporary artist
and enjoy abstracting reality by using a
range encompassing impressionist and
going towards abstract expressionism and
contemporary art. We see wondrous,
beautiful, and colorful reality every day.
The object for me is not to reproduce reality but try to bring an
experience to the viewer. By engaging you with my artwork I hope
to take you away from your day to day thoughts. I truly love the
process of creating and seeing things in a different way, which is
represented in my paintings. I have been passionate about art since
I can remember. Thank you for appreciating my works and looking
