Clarification: In the article, Let's Talk About Hospice Care,
which ran in our last issue, we inadvertently attributed a
statement regarding eligibility to one of the region's health
care facilities. Eligibility for hospice care is for all patients who
have been diagnosed with a terminal illness and a prognosis
of six months or less, and is not related to any one institution
or service provider. We thank our friends at Homeland Hospice
for their assistance with the matter.
