ily law. Compassion... Urso serves as Minister to the Order of
Franciscans Apostolate at St. Francis Fraternity in Springfield. "It
is Franciscan spirituality that consumes me most at this point in
my life, and will consume me for the rest of my life" says Urso.
In addition to serving as a Minister to the Order of Franciscans
Secular (not Apostolate) at St. Francis Fraternity in Springfield,
Frank serves as a member of the St. Katherine Drexel Regional
Council of the Order of Franciscan Secular. Both aspects of his
life, professional and that which is faith driven, have compelled
his interest in autism research and awareness. Discipline... Frank
has earned several black belts in martial arts; he has competed in
kung fu full-contact fighting; and, he has taught Praying Mantis
Kung Fu. He appreciates martial arts for "the discipline, the respect, the harmony and balance it gives you in your everyday life.
It teaches values that are fading from everyday life. You don't
get a lot of respect. You don't see a lot of discipline." Humanity... Frank understands that "every day is a blessing." He is a
proponent of animal rescue; an advocate for children and family;
and notably, as a humanitarian, he is one to help to improve the
welfare and happiness of people. Moves hearts to sing and souls
to dance! Urso has crooned through the county with passion and
has performed with The Brothers Review - a fun-loving singing
group that includes Urso, his wife Fran, father-in-law and friends,
who have hit nightclubs and restaurants in the five-county area
over the years.
The Confidant... A trusted character in the story, one with
whom you can confide. Confidants may be other principal characters, those who command trust by virtue of their position or
other authority figures, or anonymous confidants with no separate

the love at "Legal Aid Rocks" on Thursday, March 23, 2017, an
exciting fundraiser set to a 70s theme. We also thank those that
donated auction items; because of your generosity, the event raised
close to $3,000 to benefit Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania
(LASP). Mission: To provide quality legal representation to lowincome and vulnerable people in Bucks, Chester, Delaware and

type of secondary character in the story,
often a friend or authority figure, whose
role is to listen to the protagonist's secrets, examine their character, and advise
them on their actions. The confidant may
themselves act to move the story forward, or serve to guide and represent the
reactions of the audience.
The Man, Confidant Louis Wm.

As a member, he served as a delegate during the organization's
trip to China where he met with Chinese leaders and was later
