Cheryl promotes HEADstrong's visibility
and is the voice of HEADstrong. She is a
member of the Abramson Cancer Center
Leadership Council and a recent member
of Impact 100 Philadelphia.

Woman of Achievement Award
was presented to the President
of the Delaware County
Community College, Dr. L. Joy
Gates Black, the College's fourth
president since its founding 50 years ago.
Dr. Joy Gates Black is the first woman,
and the first African American, to head
the College which serves 28,000 credit
and non-credit students annually. She
is a well-respected higher education
administrator with decades of experience
at both community colleges and four-year
institutions.

Woman of Achievement Award
was presented to Mares Stellfox,
a local sports legend and auto racing
champion.
