Safe Sitter Babysitting Training

Safe Sitter® is a high-quality program that gives girls and boys in grades 6th through 8th
skills to be safe, nurturing babysitters. Participants learn the fundamentals of quality child
care, how to handle crises, how to nurture and guide a young child, and how to keep children
safe and sound while their parents are away.
When: Monday, July 24, 2017; Saturday, October 14, 2017

This support group café meets the first Friday of the month.
Topics include breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and a question-and-answer session with a lactation consultant. Also,
moms can meet other moms with young infants. Light snacks
are provided.

Get the tools you need to understand, minimize and manage your stress using proven
strategies such as the relaxation response and positive thinking.

You Have Options for Pain Relief Roxanne Kintzer, registered nurse
and WellSpan Total Joint Program Coordinator, will provide an
overview of the anatomy of knees and hips, conditions related to
arthritis and the importance of getting a proper diagnosis.
