vivant jusqu'à son entrée dans l'usine de Royal
Greenland. Là, il sera saigné, avant d'être découpé,
paré et congelé deux heures après sa sortie de l'eau.
C'est donc un filet de cabillaud pre-rigor
avec peau que les chefs pourront cuisiner
