de 22 g de thon cuisinées à l'espagnole n'ont
plus qu'à être passées 30 minutes au four. Simple
pour les professionnels, des saveurs connues pour
les enfants, voilà les ingrédients retenus par Salica
Alimentos Congelados, en collaboration avec
le centre culinaire basque pour ce produit.

Tuna fishballs
Those 22 g tuna fishballs in Spanish sauce have
been designed for mass catering companies.
Quick and simple to cook (30 minutes in the oven),
the product was designed to ease the work of
caterers and meet the tastes of fussy children,
and developped in collaboration with the Basque
culinary centre.

ingredients, the Canadian company makes their
know-how available to beginner-level chefs.
All they need is a little water and time to prepare
a crab bisque, a little cream for a sauce or a little
celery and a few buns to present lobster rolls. All
the ingredients are MSC certified, other mixtures
come in 150 g jars and are guaranteed GMO and
gluten free, without additives or preservatives.
