in Canonsburg, Pa., where AHEPA Chapter 156,

dinner for 47 veterans, five of who are at least
90 years of age and served in World War II. Also Chapter 37, Syracuse, N.Y.

on active duty.
More than 120 persons attended the
Canonsburg chapter's dinner, which was held at
All Saints Greek Orthodox Church, November
4, 2017. Public officials in attendance were:

Judge Brandon Neuman, who is an Ahepan;
and North Strabane Chairman of the Board of
Supervisors Brian Spicer. The Keynote Speaker
was Director of Veterans Affairs for Washington
County Susan Meighen. Director Meighen

Dogs for Warriors National Project. The appeal

In Des Moines, Iowa, AHEPA Chapter No.
192 and DOP Zeus Chapter No. 38 held an Oxi
Day event and thought it fitting also to honor
AHEPA family veterans. Grainfield District 14
Governors George Rovolis and Peggy Sperides
presented the AHEPA Medal for Military Service
Veterans honored in Clearwater, Fla.
