AHEPA Management Company
and Hellenic Development, Inc. Announce Promotions
Two personnel promotions have been announced at AHEPA Management Company.
Christopher Egan has been promoted to vice president of Finance of AHEPA Management Company. Egan continues to serve as
the firm's controller. In his new role, Egan will continue to ensure the financial accuracy and financial compliance of all of the firm's
managed properties. He will also maintain internal controls to safeguard the
assets of the AHEPA Management Company and its managed properties, as
well as provide oversight of new development and treasury management.
Todd Jensen, formerly assistant director of Acquisitions & Refinancing
for AHEPA National Housing Corporation, has been promoted to director of
Development for AHEPA Management Company and Hellenic Development,
Inc. Jensen will focus on securing tax credit financing and evaluating acquisition and refinancing opportunities for AMC and HDI as well as directing
current and new development of the companies' affordable assisting living
communities. Jensen has been employed with AHEPA housing companies
since 2013.

Meyer Named Assistant
Project Manager
AHEPA Management Company/Hellenic Development, Inc.
has named Robert Dine as director of Construction Services.
Dine has provided consulting services to AMC for the
past seven years involving a wide range of real estate
development and construction assignments and overseeing
building upkeep and preservation
of AMC's 92 apartment buildings
around the country. Dine will
assess current construction and
maintenance needs and conditions
of the companies' existing senior
apartment buildings, as well as
provide construction management
oversight of capital improvements,
including contract administration
and construction monitoring for
current and future developments.
AHEPA Management Company welcomes Cyndee Meyer as assistant
project manager.
Meyer will assist with the development and construction management
of new buildings and the upkeep and
repairs of existing housing facilities.
She reports to Todd Jensen. Originally
from Frankton, Ind.
Meyer received a Bachelor of
Science degree in Environmental
Design and Architecture from Ball
State University. She has 18 years of experience in design and
construction.
