Annual Summer Dinner
at AHEPA 59 Apartments
The Board of Directors of Ahepa 59, Inc., Canton, Ohio
enjoys providing the residents and the employees of
AHEPA 59 Apartments with one dinner in the summertime and one dinner before Christmas.
On August 29, the Board of Directors held a cookout
at the property, serving delicious pork kabobs as well as
side dishes prepared by the Trustees. Fifty-five residents, employees, and their spouses enjoyed the dinner. Also attending were
Chapter 59 President Paul Koskovich and members of Daughters of Penelope Chapter 40.
AALF Construction Update - Indianapolis
Construction of Hellenic Senior Living of Indianapolis, the Affordable Assisted Living Facility (AALF), continues to progress. The
property will be completed by the end of 2017 according to general contractor Shiel Sexton. The latest construction updates for
the west wing include completion of first coat of
paint, drywall finishing, beginning of unit carpet
installation, and continuation of cabinet installation including countertops and vanity tops.
Doors are installed in the east wing, cabinets
and vanity tops are underway. Sidewalk installation for the property is complete, and elevator
cabs have been installed.

AALF Construction Update - New Albany
Hellenic Senior Living of New Albany,
Indiana is scheduled for final completion by
December 27. Recent progress includes light
fixture installation completion in the west
wing, as well as completed paint, carpet,
carpet base, cabinets and countertops in west
wing dwelling units. Drywall installation continues in corridors and units of the east wing.
Framing of the terraces and Porte Cochere is
complete.
