Assisted living apartments are lo- cated on the 13th through 15th floors. Additional amenities are located on floors 17 through 19. They include formal and informal dining rooms, a lounge, library, art gallery, performance center, chapel and business center. Independent living homes fill the floors 21 through 52. The 53rd floor features a club room and rooftop terrace. The structure comprises 730,000 square feet over 54 stories. The top floor is a mechanical level. The reinforced concrete structure is being built atop 70 caissons. James McHugh Construction Co. is a partner with Bovis Lend Lease in a jointventure construction management agreement. Franciscan Sisters of Chicago Service Corp. is the owner; Greystone Communities is developer and manager; and Loyola University Chicago is the land owner.
